Cooler full of marijuana donated to Goodwill
MONROE, Wash. (KOMO) - "Imagine the surprise."
Indeed, that's what Monroe Police wondered when they heard about a cooler partially full of marijuana donated to a local thrift shop.
Police say the cooler was donated to the Goodwill in Monroe, Washington, over the weekend.
Employees opened it up to find about 3.75 pounds of marijuana inside.
While recreational marijuana consumption is legal in Washington state, possession of more than 40 grams is a felony.
No word yet on the fate of the weed.
