Trump warns N. Korea's Kim saying he'll 'regret' action taken against U.S.
WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) - President Trump said that North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un will "regret it fast" if he threatens or acts against the United States or territory of Guam.
“This man will not get away with what he is doing. If he utters one threat in the form of an overt threat, which, by the way, he has been uttering for years and his family has been uttering for years, or if he does anything with respect to Guam, or any place else that is an American territory or an America ally, he will truly regret it and he will regret it fast," the president said.
Earlier Thursday the president tweeted that the United States was "locked and loaded" when it comes to U.S. military preparedness for action against North Korea.
During the media availability held during a workforce development meeting, Trump stood by his Tweet from earlier in the day.
"We are looking at that pretty carefully. I hope they are gonna fully understand the gravity of what I said. And what I said is what I mean," Trump said.
Later he retweeted U.S. Pacific Command showing B-1 bombers on standby in Guam.
