St. Cecilia looked extremely strong, winning for the 16th time in 17 state appearances, 59-20 over Southwest.

Amherst went to the fourth quarter with a four point lead, but Neligh-Oakdale outplayed the Broncos 21-12 to win, 51-46.

Riverside continued their impressive season with a 70-23 victory over Garden County in the D2 bracket.

The Chargers are playing Mullen after the Broncos were able to hold off and beat Humphrey St. Francis, 45-44.

Wauneta-Palisade got off to a slow start, scoring only two points in the first quarter. They played pretty evenly with Mead the rest of the way, but couldn't overcome the early hole, falling 45-33.

Randolph continued to pull away from BDS throughout, winning 50-40.

Guardian Angels Central Catholic came to state only a game over .500 at 14-13, yet they were able to knock off #1 in D1, Dundy County/Stratton, 65-55.

Heartland was no match for Lutheran High Northeast, as the Eagles won big, 52-30.

Lourdes Central Catholic took it to Burwell with a 64-37 win.
