Ride your bike and help local kids get bikes and helmets through the TACKY Tour event


Hastings Kiwanis and Cycle Nebraska have teamed up for a great cause and invite the community to join a bike ride around Adams County.

Break out your bike and enjoy the spring weather and tour the quiet, paved roads of Adams County to help raise funds for youth bikes and helmets.

The TACKY Tour, which stands for Touring Adams County for Kiwanis Youth, will be a fun and non-competitive bike ride with distances of 10, 22, 31, or 52 miles.

The event will take place on Sunday, April 22nd at the Central Community College in Hastings. Registration will begin at 12pm and the bike ride will start at 1pm, and is open to all ages.

To register for this event, the cost is $25 which includes a free t-shirt if registered by April 12th, fully supported bike ride with rest stations along the route and a post-ride meal for all riders, just visit: www.CycleNebraska.com to register.
