Power companies continue work Monday to restore power to all customers
After high winds, ice and snow took its toll on the area, many were left without power throughout the weekend.
Update as of around noon Monday:
Loup Valley Rural Power District said the 200 customers they estimated without power Sunday night was probably low. They said the sheer number of poles down and the fact that they're spread out across their area is slowing progress.
Better news from South Central Public Power who said they're down to a couple of customers in the dark.
NPPD states they have restored power to all customers as of Monday afternoon.
Southern Power District and Dawson Public Power both told us they had homes back on last night.
