Tanner Lee's time in a Husker uniform got off to a rocky beginning to say the least. The transfer from Tulane threw at least 2 interceptions in 3 of his first 4 games under center. As the season has progressed, Lee has drastically improved in the turnover department.

Tanner has thrown just 1 interception in his last 94 pass attempts. He's tossed 6 touchdown passes during that same stretch including 3 against top defenses like Wisconsin and Ohio State. Lee's newfound patience and calm demeanor in the pocket has resulted in fewer opponent takeaways.

" He's done a really good job of seeing the field and not trying to do too much, not trying to force the ball into tight windows," said Nebraska Offensive Coordinator Danny Langsdorf. " I think probably a better job of recognizing coverage and just being more comfortable in what we're doing."

Big Red is currently 4th in the Big Ten in passing offense with 252 yards per contest.
