It's long been said - beating a team more than once in a season is one of the more difficult things to do in sports.

Third-ranked Blue Hill has now done it three times against St. Cecilia with Thursday's sweep in a C2 quarterfinal (-17, -23, -22).

Madison Menke led the Bobcats with a match high of 15 kills and was great in the passing game with 13 digs, second most in the match.

Kacey Allen added a dozen kills for Blue Hill plus a match best 14 digs. Rylee Kohmetscher put 11 blasts in the box score and led all defenders by getting in on five blocks.

St. Cecilia got a dozen shots to the floor by Makenna Asher, who also tied for a team best 12 digs and led the Hawkettes with 16 assists.

Blue Hill faces No. 2 Stanton in the C2 semifinal, scheduled to play at 1 p.m. Friday on the North court at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
