Kenesaw slips on perfect season hopes

Kenesaw boys trying to finish the season an undefeated state champion, Lourdes Central Catholic with other ideas.

The Knights raced out of the gates, Brandon Friedrichs nailing a money ball. LCC began the game on a 7–1 run.

The Blue Devils turn to their stalwart in the middle, Will Gallagher who stops the bleeding with a mid range jumper. He led Kenesaw with 6 points.

4th quarter, Knights pushing tempo and it's Friedrichs again with the finish. 16 points to lead LCC on the afternoon.

Devils down by eight, under two minutes to go, they turn defense into offense. Jacob Weiler with the steal and lays it in. Totaling six points on the day. Kenesaw would only make three buckets from the field.

Lourdes Central Catholic ends their dream of a perfect season, 32–25, holding the Devils to just 20 percent shooting from the field.
