Seventh-ranked Cambridge saw its season come to an end at the hands of No. 2 Johnson-Brock (-18, -16, -12) in the Nebraska D1 state quarterfinal.

There wasn't much of an answer by the Trojans for Fallon Stutheit, who led all attackers with 17 kills. She registered a block, there service aces, two digs, and a set assist.

Korynn Clason was the leading option at the tape for Cambridge with 11 terminations and three solo stuffs but the rest of the team was only able to scratch up 15 more.

Not like Johnson-Brock didn't do much to help Stutheit, either. She outhit her own team 17-13, which was a total of two kills greater than the Trojans.

Johnson-Brock plays at 11 a.m. in the semifinal versus Humphrey/Lindsay Holy Family.
