Taylor Leverett

Taylor Leverett was born in Augusta, Georgia and attended Lakeside High School. She attended Augusta University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology degree and minored in Science. She earned her Master of Arts in Photography at Academy of Art University.

Her broadcast journey began at WJBF in Augusta where she started as an Associate Producer. She wrote and produced her own TV segment called "Techy Tuesday". She later transitioned into Multimedia Journalist position to fill content for weekend newscasts. She's a people person at heart and loves meeting new faces. She loves sharing experiences with people and telling their stories for everyone to hear. She likes helping people get more information or find an answer they were looking for. Taylor believes that every experience in life prepares you for the next one and NTV is her next chapter in her broadcast career.

When Taylor isn't working, she likes to build her social media presence on her platforms. One of her key attributes is talking A LOT and she goes by Taylor Talks. It's a way for her to share her experiences in hopes of inspiring the next person. She has an 11- year-old Dachshund named Macho (who's name precedes himself) that she loves to play with via Facetime. She also has an unhealthy obsession with French Fries and Honey Mustard.
